August 21, 2023 — Marist College has once again been selected in The Princeton Review’s guide for The Best 389 Colleges for 2024. Marist ranks among the top 25 in the nation across multiple categories, including student satisfaction, student happiness, and residential life. Regionally, Marist places in the top 10 of those same categories and ranks among the best colleges in the Northeast.

In the Princeton Review’s survey, Marist students praise the College for interactive, challenging classes. Students also noted faculty support beyond the classroom, with professors and advisors valuing real-life experiences and fostering professional connections. Survey results highlighted the library as a hub for studying, group work, and social life.

Respondents remarked upon Marist’s campus on the banks of the Hudson River as both a beautiful setting and a center of student life and recreation. Students also lauded the campus atmosphere for its friendliness, and commented on the generosity of the student body, with many participating in community service. A wide variety of clubs and intramural sports give the campus its continuous buzz of activity throughout the days and evenings, according to the survey.
