Margaret Calista talks about her early education and her early career as a child welfare worker in the City of Poughkeepsie. She reflects on her career at Marist College as the program director for the Social Work program at the college and later as the Dean of the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences. She reflects on the positive and negative aspects of
working as a Dean at Marist College and her prospects on Marist’s future.
