Summary: In Part 1, Jack Kelly talks about his early years before coming to Marist. Afterwards, his role as an Instructor in the newly-formed business department. He then goes on to become a Dean of Management here at the college. Jack Kelly talks about the development of the campus, the changes he oversaw, and how the college should develop in the future.

In Part 2, Dr. Jack Kelly talks about his role as the Chair of the Business Department and later the Dean of the School of Management. He discusses his role in acquiring the AACSB accreditation for the Marist Business School. He talks about the variety of difficulties in achieving the certification and his involvement with Deans of other colleges and
universities to make it happen. He additionally gives his thoughts on the education in Marist College, the faculty, the programs, and where he sees Marist College going in the future.
