The Myers parcel purchased by Marist College is the triangle of green between the railroad tracks and the brown dirt at the left being prepared for the new route nine. It ends approximately at the shaded green parallel to the dormitories. Originally it was connected to a dock area just orth of the gray docks at the south end of the Dutton Lumber Yard.
