Current view of the former Dutton Lumber Company site. The tarmac at the bottom of the photo is Marist College property near the Martin Boathouse. The next 750 feet was once owned by the Marist Brothers, but was sold to Dutton as the company expanded. The Brothers used the proceeds of the sale to convert Greystone from a carriage house to an academic building.
