Adjacent to the College parcel is a smaller parcel occupied by J C Paper Company, owned by the late Julian E Chugerman, but now sold to Landslide Enterprises. The building is vacant and listed for sale. It is smaller than the Marist building. I heard recently that the college once considered purchase of this site.
