The parcel marked #1 was owned by the Hudson Castings Corporation which had already agreed go sell the lot to Blocksum & Company. The large rectangle at the left which reaches to West Cedar Street was to be retained by Dr. Vincent Russo. The odd-shaped lot between the lots #1 and #3 was to be sold by Russo to Blocksum & Company. Note that north points to the right of the map, so Fulton Street is at the extreme right and West Cedar Street is at the extreme left.
