This Indenture Made the 22nd day of September Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-seven between FRED LAFKO, of New Hackensack Road, Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County, New York, WILLIAM A. KELLY , of 165 Pearl Street, Kingston, Ulster County, New York and PAMELA LEVINE, of Red Hook, Dutchess County, New York, parties or the first part, and FRED LAFKO, of New Hackensack Road, Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County, New York, party or the second part

Witnesseth that the parties or the first part in consideration of ONE Dollar ($1.00 ) lawful money of the United States , paid by the party of the second part, do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, his distributees and assigns forever,

ALL THAT TRACT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND with the improvements thereon situate in the Town of Esopus, County of Ulster and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:

COMMENCING at a point on the westerly side of the state highway leading from Highland to Kingston known as Route 9W, said point being at a stone wall in the bounds of the premises conveyed to the party of the second part by a deed from Walrus, Inc. dated September 11, 1968 and recorded in the Ulster County Clerk's Office on September 25, 1968 in Liber 1218 of Deeds at page 485; thence running along the center line of said stone wall South 35° 44' 30" West 101.35 feet and South 33 ° 32' 20" West 253.79 feet to the center line of the former road connecting Route 9W with the Old Post Road and now said to be abandoned; running thence along the center line of said road, now said to be abandoned, South 48° 17'40" East 100 feet and South 10° 31' 20" East 105.57 feet to the westerly side of said state highway leading from Highland to Kingston known as Route 9W thence running along the westerly side of said highway in a northerly direction 450 feet more or less to the point and place of beginning. BEING the same premises as described In a certain conveyance from Lewis F . McLaren to the parties of the first part herein, dated the 3rd day of June, 1970 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Ulster County, in Liber 1245 of Deeds at page 1030.

To have and to hold the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, his distributees and assigns forever

McLaren, residing at Esopus, New York, party of the first part, and Fred Lafko, of New Hackensack Road, Poughkeepsie, New York, Pamela Levine, of Red Hook, New York and William A. Kelly, of 243 Wall Street, Kingston, New York, parties of the second part,

Witnesseth that the party of the first part, in consideration of One and 00/100 Dollar ($1.00) lawful money of the United States, paid by the parties of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever all

All that tract, piece or parcel of land with the improvements thereon situate in the Town of Esopus, County of Ulster and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at a point on the westerly side of the state highway leading from Highland to Kingston known as Route 9W, said point being at a stone wall in the bounds of the premises conveyed to the party of the second part by a deed from 'Walrus, Inc. dated September 11, 1968 and recorded in the Ulster County Clerk's Office on September 25, 1968 in Liber 1218 of Deeds at page 485; thence running along the center line of said stone wall South 35º 44' 30" West 101.35 feet and South 33º 32' 20" West 253.79 feet to the center line of the former road connecting Route 9W with the Old Post Road and now said to be abandoned; running thence along the center line of said road, now said to be abandoned, South 48º 17' 40" East 100 feet and South 10º 31' 20" East 105.57 feet to the westerly side of said state highway leading from Highland to Kingston known as Route 9W; thence running along the westerly side of said highway in a northerly direction 450 feet more or less to the point and place of beginning.

Being the same premises described in a deed from Lawrence Mascetti and Mary Mascetti and Robrt McClean to Lewis F. McLaren dated December 16, 1969 and recorded in the Ulster County Clerk's Office on December 18, 1969 in Liber 1237 of Deeds at page 734.

Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises.

To have and to hold the premises herein granted unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.

And said party of the first part covenants as follows:

First, That the parties of the second part shall quietly enjoy the said premises;
Second, That said party of the first part will forever Warrant the title to said premises.
Third, That in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, the grantor will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvements before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.

Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the parties of the first part in and to said premises,

To have and to hold the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

And the parties of the first part covenant as follows:
First. That the party of the second part shall quietly enjoy the said premises;

Second: That said parties of the first part will forever Warrant the title to said premises.

and 61 BETWEEN LAWRENCE HENRIQUES party of the first part, and LAWRENCE MASCETTI and MARY MASCETTI his wife as tenants by the entirety as to an undivided one-half interest and ROBERT McCLEAN as to an undivided one- half interest party of the second part.

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,


ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the District 3, Esopus, New York, more particularly all the property located at Esopus and West Park, Town of Esopus, county of Ulster, State of New York and comprising about 1 1/2 acres of land, with the improvements thereon erected, and located on State Road 9-W bounded north by Wiltwyck Ch. ; East by State Road; South and West by Wiltwyck School. The above described property is deemed to be the same property conveyed to the above named grantor herein dated December l3th, 1948 and recorded 10:40 A.M. on January 20th, 1949, by Harry D. Sutton, Ulster County Clerk, in 1iber 724, page 176.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
