Dyson Center

The Dyson Center was completed in 1990 and is named in honor of the late businessman and philanthropist Charles H. Dyson and his late wife Margaret. The three-story Dyson Center houses the School of Management, which recently added online M.P.A. and M.B.A. degree programs to its offerings. Also located here are the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, the Office of Graduate and Continuing Education, the Bureau of Economic Research, and corporate education and training programs. The 53,000 square-foot Dyson Center holds 23 classrooms and 55 faculty offices as well as seminar rooms and a computer lab. The building's coffee shop and its three-story atriums are popular areas for students to meet and relax between classes. (Source: Building & Place Names)
