Hotel Di Prima

Located on North Road, Highland

Opened in 1926 by the DiPrima family and the resort catered to Italian families from New York City.  Three brick buildings made up the hotel.  It was sold in 1994 to Claire Winslow and Debra Dooley, who renovated it and opened it as The Inn at Applewood with a restaurant called The Would.  Additional buildings on the property serve as apartments.
